Welcome to
your fellowship 2026

[ and beyond ]

The world is so blind,
that it doesn’t even notice,
that it can’t see anymore.
We essentially have to learn how to see again
.

- Ruud van der Glas -

We have created this unique fellowship for you to allow the time & space
for a ‘year-long-deep-inquiry’, because we saw the need in today’s times.

Our fellowship helps you to learn how to see again.

The registration is now open.
Please register your interest by e-mailing us:
1. one letter, containing your thoughts about the why you would love to participate in this inquiry
[ Scope max. A4 page. Note: no AI allowed, so you do need to confirm on your letter that it is your own and personally written work ] as well as
2. your CV or resume, 2 pages max.

The registration for this cohort closes on
1st of February 2026.

Participants say that ‘all leaders’ should participate in partnering with us,
because this is what is needed to do due diligence in a robust way
in order to arrive at ‘healthy decision making’.

What will I walk away with’?
After one year of deep-inquiry, what will I have added to my ‘personal skill-/tool-kit’?
You will have gained an in-dept and thorough understanding & experience
of inquiry & reserach, contemporary psychology, dialogue, seeing, sensing, thinking, meaning-making, dynamics, patterns, co-creating, power-with/-in that equips you to be a responsible, ethical and trauma-informed leader.

We will try to create a cohort from the outset that consists of
a variety of humans with diverse backgrounds to allow different perspectives to be combined and
a solid basis as well as coherence & friendship to be built.
This we do by having a thorough look at your registration as well as inviting you for an online interview.
For this part of the process, we will ask for a registration fee of CHF 450 that is non-refundable.
The start of the process is when payment is received.

Important to know:
All the documents that you send to us as well as all the conversations we will have are held strictly confidential to ensure psychological safety.

We are very much looking forward to receiving your e-mail and
starting to get to know you during our initial call.

With kindness,

van der Glas & van der Glas [ continue understanding ]

3/4 - I enjoy half a mile & I see the glass is half full.

The third three months we cover: how to ‘make change’ and ‘impact for the better’ - 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th order effects + up-/down-stream consequences.

Areal view river

2/4 - I go for a quarter mile - journey.

The second 3 months we discover: how psychology, patterns, dynamics, inquiry and dialogue ‘play out’ in your real-life.
