She is a deep thinker, author, 40+ years of practical real-life insights, global experience in human nature, organisational behaviour & development.
Manuela holds an EMBA/Executive Masters in Business Administration from HULT Executive Education in Massachusetts / USA, a Masters as well as accreditation in Executive Coaching [EMCC equivalent: senior pactitioner] from Ashridge Executive Education, Berkhamsted / UK, a teaching certificate from the University of Cambridge in Cambridge / UK, a life- and health consultant certificate of BVLGB Switzerland. Furthermore she holds a certificate of ‘Improving your business through a culture of health’ from Harvard University, Boston MA / USA as well as a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies of The Trauma Research Foundation in Boston MA / USA.
In addition to coaching in the field since 2006, Manuela mentored Ashridge Masters in Executive Coaching students through their thorough Masters programme, inspires and guided ‘her students’ through year one and two of the AMEC as well as the intensive accreditation process to become an accredited Ashridge Executive Coach between 2019-2025 as well as a member of the NHS Leadership Academy Hub [ Supervision, Mentirong & Coaching ] in the UK since 2025. Furthermore, she was a mentor in the Global Compassionate Communications Network, based in New York between 2022-2025.
Manuela is also the author of numerous articles, case studies like the most recent one ‘net zero naturally’, ‘sustainable business models’, ‘due diligence’ as well as the PCOCI-onboarding-Model, that guides towards a best practice in onboarding and human-to-human-development in organisations. December 2025 - March 2026: Manuela was an independent candidate for the elections of the cantonal council: Regierungsrat des Kantons Glarus'. Without any prior insight into the local election process and with no marketing budget and with no communication-office support she managed to receive the remakable number of 1493 people that voted for her.
