🏛️ Terms & Framework of Engagement

  • Retainer & Financial Governance: All mandates operate strictly on a fixed monthly retainer of CHF 5,500, payable in advance prior to the first working day of each month.

  • Minimum Commitment: To ensure systemic depth and sustainable outcomes, the minimum duration for any initial mandate is 6 months [Minimum investment: CHF 33,000, excl. travel expenses, excl. VAT].

  • Capacity Allocation: The monthly fee covers a dedicated contingent of up to 10 hours for personal 1:1 strategic audits, risk analysis, and sparring sessions. To protect operational availability, unutilized hours verifiably expire at the end of each calendar month and cannot be carried forward.

  • Additional Capacity: Should a critical crisis or an exceptionally complex transaction require capacity beyond the allocated 10 sssions per month, additional sessions can be requested. Sessions will be invoiced separately at an exclusive expert rate of CHF 1000 per session, strictly subject to my operational availability and prior written alignment.

  • Operational Alignment: Strategic calls and interventions are scheduled exclusively on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM CET.

  • High-Stakes Confidentiality: All disclosures, data, contractual documents, and organizational backgrounds remain protected under the absolute, strictest, and lifelong non-disclosure framework at all times.

  • Sovereign Decision-Making: The final entrepreneurial, strategic, and legal ultimate responsibility remains solely and entirely with the client at all times.

  • Liability Exclusion: Services are rendered as an independent, integer expert providing highly qualified, unvarnished analytical risk-auditing (service contract). Any liability for financial consequences, specific commercial outcomes, or the achievement of economic targets is fully and legally excluded.

  • Independent Verification: This advisory does not substitute for form-critical legal, regulatory, tax-auditing, or medical auditing by formally accredited statutory practitioners.

🏛️ Konditionen & Rahmenbedingungen der Zusammenarbeit

  • Retainer & Finanzielle Governance: Alle Mandate werden ausschliesslich auf fester monatlicher Retainer-Basis (Pauschalhonorar) von CHF 5'500 geführt, zahlbar im Voraus vor dem ersten Werktag des laufenden Monats.

  • Mindestlaufzeit: Um systemische Tiefe und nachhaltige Ergebnisse zu gewährleisten, beträgt die Mindestlaufzeit für jedes Erstmandat 6 Monate [Mindestinvestition: CHF 33'000, exkl. Reisekosten, exkl. MwSt. ].

  • Kapazitätsallokation: Das monatliche Pauschalhonorar deckt ein dediziertes Kontingent von bis zu 10 Stunden für persönliche 1:1-Strategieaudits, Risikoanalysen und Sparring-Sessions ab. Zum Schutz der operativen Verfügbarkeit verfallen nicht genutzte Stunden nachweislich am Ende des jeweiligen Kalendermonats und können nicht auf den Folgemonat übertragen werden.

  • Zusätzliche Kapazitäten: Sollte eine kritische Krise oder eine aussergewöhnlich komplexe Transaktion zusätzliche Kapazitäten über die allokierten 10 Sessions pro Monat hinaus erfordern, können mehr Sessions beantragt werden. Diese Sessions werden separat zu einem exklusiven Expertentarif von CHF 1'000 pro Session in Rechnung gestellt, strikt vorbehaltlich meiner operativen Verfügbarkeit und vorheriger schriftlicher Abstimmung.

  • Operative Ausrichtung: Strategische Calls und Interventionen werden ausschliesslich an
    Dienstags, Mittwochs oder Donnerstags zwischen 14:00 und 16:00 Uhr (CET) terminiert.

  • High-Stakes-Vertraulichkeit: Alle vom Kunden offengelegten Informationen, Daten, Verträge und organisatorischen Hintergründe bleiben zu jedem Zeitpunkt im Rahmen einer absoluten, strengsten und lebenslangen Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung geschützt.

  • Souveräne Entscheidungsfindung: Die finale unternehmerische, strategische und juristische Letztverantwortung verbleibt zu jedem Zeitpunkt einzig und vollständig beim Kunden.

  • Haftungsausschluss: Die Leistungen werden als unabhängige, integere Expertin erbracht, die hochqualifizierte, unbeschönigte analytische Risikoaudits bereitstellt (Dienstvertrag). Jede Haftung für finanzielle Konsequenzen, spezifische geschäftliche Ergebnisse oder das Erreichen wirtschaftlicher Ziele wird vollumfänglich und rechtlich ausgeschlossen.
