Interesting fact: We created ‘plan & get your things done! through our decades-long work with our esteemed and diverse clients, our own multi-levelled training, learning & gaining insights throughout and beyond;
as well as the input of Hay House Publishing,
which is a subsidiary of Penguin Random House [ one of the 5 biggest book publishing companies globally, based in New York City / United States ]
of which Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA [ based in Gütersloh, NRW, Germany ], is the parent company. The printing and global distribution is handled by Balboa Press, a division of Hay House Publishing.
You see, ‘plan & get your things done!’ is truly a global collaboration that made ‘plan & get your things done!’ coming to life happen; so that it can reach many more people that can benefit from
‘getting organisation & gaining clarity’.
A huge thank you to all involved! We are grateful for this fruitful collaboration. Thank you!
Plan & Get YOUR Things Done!
Because we saw the growing need for organisation as well as the need for clarity over the past years, i.e. the turbulences COVID measures created as well as the ripple effects that unfolded,
we published ‘ plan & get your things done! ’ on the 26th of June 2022.
‘ plan & get your things done! ' is a helpful and supportive guide throughout 55 consecutive days. Reflecting on a daily basis in writing provides you with stability and continuity as well as valuable insights about the way your brain form thoughts and based on what your body creates emotions and feelings.
How you navigate, sift & sort, your thoughts and sensations is made visible by reflecting in writing. This is very personal - not for the faint hearted - engaging in this way needs courage.
By engaging with ‘plan & get your things done’ you will not only create insights and understanding about yourself, you might never had, allows you to digest experiences, - and also create organisation for yourself as a person as well as for the tasks you need an/or want to have done!
Reflection in writing allows you to ‘write your mind alive’, experience inside-out [ our modus operandi is: outside-in], because you make your thinking visible.
Over these 55-days, you will start reaching your goals step-by-step.
We guide you & we have your back.

Our clients say that working with us feels like therapy.
Well, indeed. We do have a strong background in Gestalt Therapy & phenomenology ourselves,
as well as thorough experience with writing our minds alive & compassionate conversations.
In addition to that we are psychologically & holistically trained & work spiritually & trauma informed.
Here we we would like to share some research that shows the effectiveness of ‘journalling’ in combination with ‘compassionate conversations’:
Writing your mind alive. [ Research of Linda Trichter Metcalf, phd]
“Proprioception” comes from the Latin proprius, meaning “one’s own,” and this writing method helps synthesise emotion and imagination, generating authentic insight and catharsis. It is not formal writing, nor is it automatic or stream-of-consciousness writing. Requiring a regular, disciplined practice in a quiet environment, the method uses several aids to deepen attention and free the writer within with Baroque music, a candle, a pad, and a pen. You can use this approach to:
- Focus awareness, dissolve inhibitions, and build self-trust
- Unburden your mind and resolve emotional conflicts
- Connect more deeply with your spiritual self
- Write and speak with strength and clarity
- Enhance the benefits of psychotherapy
- Awaken your senses & emotions
- Liberate your creative energiesIt is a catalyst for mental & emotional aliveness that can truly enrich the rest of your life.
