Manuela van der Glas, EMBA, MSc.

Manuela holds an EMBA from HULT International Business School (USA), an MSc and accreditation in Executive Coaching (EMCC Senior Practitioner level) from Ashridge Business School (UK), and a teaching certificate from the University of Cambridge. Her expertise is further anchored by certifications in "Culture of Health" from Harvard (USA) and "Traumatic Stress Studies" from The Trauma Research Foundation (Boston, USA).

Since 2019, she has mentored Masters students at Ashridge Business School, guiding them through the intensive accreditation process. Her global engagement includes serving as a mentor in the Compassionate Inquiry Network (Vancouver/New York) and as a member of the NHS Leadership Academy Hub (UK).
