4. Attention is a moral act

The way we pay attention determines what we are able perceive and see.

Humans biologically evolved to be enabled to perceive in a certain bandwidth only.

In a lot of organisations employees are ordered / degraded to:
follow ‘process’ or ‘protocol’ - their voice is silenced and in the worst case a ‘power over’ is enforced. This instead of a healthy collaboration through ‘power with’ - and asking for consent.
